WORK WITh us

DSM / AV Operator

We are looking for a London based DSM with operating experience to work with us on Please right back.

About the role:

  • The operator will be running two hours’ worth of complicated video and sound cues.

  • We don’t need technical wizardry as our animator will programme the video and av sound cues.

  • You will need to be responsive, a team player, capable, be able to work independently and closely with the whole team both on and off stage.

  • You will be fundamental to running the show, so clear communication, and a willingness to throw yourself in at the deep end are crucial. You must be experienced and proficient getting to grips with a huge operating score and awkward fiddly cues! Organisation is crucial.

  • In rehearsals you will note AV and other relevant cue changes.

  • On tour you will assist the Production Manager in facilitating the staging requirements of the production – including get in & get out; building and maintenance of set elements/props; the efficient management of local venue crew.
